Our Return policy as follows:

• Woodman accepts return of purchases that are made online only.

• Request for returns should be made to us during delivery of the items. After delivery is completed, we deem that item has been accepted in good order

• The full refund amount will exclude a 5% payment processing fee and any delivery, assembly, staircase delivery fees paid when the original order was made.

• As is items are excluded from any refund 

• Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact

• Woodman has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return
